Depicts Flags of the Allied Powers: USA, Great Britain and Stalin's Russia

 

The sign on the left is a Stalin's quote and  reads (literally) in Russian "Long Live Victory of  Anglo-Soviet-American War Union!  J. Stalin"

 

 This high value stamp was issued in 1944 to garner Russia's popular support for the war.
