THIS PCB HAS A VERY SMOOTH WIRE FEED CONTROL, AND EXCELLENT RELIABILITY, WITH THOUSANDS OF PCB`S IN USE IN TECARC AND PORTAMIG MIG MACHINES.
IT COMES COMPLETE WITH EASY TO FOLLOW FITTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS, MOUNTING PILLERS, AND WIRE FEED CONTROL KNOB.
THE PCB HAS THE FOLLOW SPECIFICATIONS:
NORMAL TRIGGER AND TRIGGER LATCHING FUNCTION,
WIRE INCH FUNCTION,
ADJUSTABLE BURNBACK CONTROL FROM EITHER A PRESET ON THE PCB OR AN EXTERNAL CONTROL (IF WIRED),
SPEED CONTROL FOR A 24Vdc OR 42Vdc WIRE FEED MOTOR (90W MAX), DEPENDING UPON AC INPUT SUPPLY,
THE INPUT SUPPLY FOR PCB CAN RANGE FROM 23Vac UPTO 58Vac.
THERE ARE 2 ISOLATED 16 AMP RELAY OUTPUTS FOR SWITCHING A CONTACTOR AND GAS VALVE.

All new machines are built to a very high standard, using quality components and all comply with CE requirements. New machines are sold with a 1 year return to base warranty. Conditions of return to base (RTB) warranty are as follows: The machine will be repaired free of parts and labour for 1 year from the date of dispatch from our works. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to us. Tec arc will pay for return to the customer. There will be a charge if the fault or damage has been caused by mis-use by the purchaser or if no faults can be found with the machine. Because we design and manufacture welding machines, parts are kept in stocked, on our premises, and full technical back up is given if required.
