The Elizabethan Jig and Related Song Drama by Charles R Baskervill, published by Dover, 1965 (?), 642 pages, good trade paperback with cover & page yellowing, minor cover  and page edge staining.

In 1929, the University of Chicago published this wonderful collection of Elizabethan jigs.  Dover reprinted its unedited edition in 1965.  It includes an exploration of the music of the era along with many songs.  It includes examples in Spanish and German as well.
