For 4606401female screw, it can be used one piece. It can also be splitted into 2 pieces so that it can be adjustable for the backlash. Buyer can cut it into 2 pieces by hand saw or sawing machine. 

2 pieces splitted female screw is also available, its price is USD5.0 higher. 

Above parts are sold in set. Presently we only have metric lead screw and female screw in stock. Inch lead screw and female screw are not available. 

For customers who have inch J1MK lathe, can use metric lead screw with DRO system which has inch dial diaplay. Then can read inch data by the digital readout. 

Customer can install the leadscrew and nut directly on his MAZAK lathe. But it can't adjust backlash. Customer should cut the nut into 2 pieces refferring the old nut, then can adjust backlash of female nut and leadscrew.

We have been selling JFMT lathes and lathe parts more than 25 years. Mainly to USA and Canada. The MK series lathes' design are from Japan MAZAK. We have been exporting J1-460, J1-530 lathes to Australia many year. After the lathe stopped production, the parts supply is still available. 

Because the manufacturer has stopped production of this series conventional lathe about 8 years ago. Lathe user is hard to get spare parts from factory's machine dealers. The dealers in USA used to be the following:

For Australian customers JFMT mainly sold J1 series lathes. 

For J1-530 and J1-460 lathes, the only difference with J1MK530 and J1Mk460 lathe is that they have fast travelling Apron. Other about 90% parts are same. 

The machine dealer in Australia used to be AUSINO and Big Country company.  If customer needs parts and can't get from them, can contact us directly.

In Germany, WAGNAR used to be JFMT's dealer. We have sales of J1 series lathes through WAGNAR.  

We have parts list. Customer just tells us parts number then we will see if it still available.

We have a list of easy broken parts. Such as spline shaft, headstock gears, change gears, gib, wipers, brake wire, etc. Based on our past 20 years parts supply of this series lathes.
