One of the coolest Locals only shirts I've ever seen! Surf theme by SPORTSWEAR, Surf-n-Turf FT. Lauder dale Florida. Back features Regan with Bart Simpson hair and retro pink teal yellow surf motif. The shirt itself has no tags, and looks to be made without one (rather than cut off). Fabric is super soft cotton. I would guess this is from the 80's. Size is estimated at M, but please check the last picture for measurements, also note the main graphic is on the back of the shirt.
