Griggs And Company, Chicago, 1882. Hardcover. Written  by Alfred H. (Hix) Welsh First Edition (with S.C. Griggs Firsts are identified by SD with NAP). This is a really rare First. I couldn't find another copy of the First Volume published in 1882. The earliest one I found was published in 1883 and is identified as a third edition. The author, I believe, lived between 1850 and 1889.
