SHIPPING
We ship by Australia Post or if you need it urgentley for a extra fee we can ship Express Post!! We also welcome pick up from our shop so if your in the area you are more then welcome to pop in and pick your item up. Please note we are not responsible for any items that go missing during shipping, if you choose the regular post option there is no way to track the item and almost impossible to track down if it goes missing. We recommend using the Express Post option or at least the Registered Post option as both have some form of tracking available to them.
WARRANTY AND REFUND
If the goods are damaged on arrival, faulty or you are not satisfied please contact us within 7 days of recieving the goods and we will do our best to rectify the fault, exchange the product or refund your money, please just contact us first. However we cannot take responsibility for damage during transit (although we do take great care when packaging your product to avoid this) and any products must be returned as sent as we cannot accept any products that have been damaged or misused by the customer. Any postage costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.
