Shipping:

• All domestic mid size packages are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, small package are shipped via USPS. Large Size items like bumper cover will ship via truck. All domestic shipments outside of the continental 48 states ,PO Boxes, Canada and international shipments are shipped via USPS post office.
• Some larger items might not be able to ship to international countries due to some large items might exceed US postal office size regulation.
• If you're located outside of the continental USA (including HI,AK, VI, GU ,MP,PR, APO, FPO). Please include the additional fee upon checkout. If this process is not completed, delays will occur. International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax, these fees are not included in the total amount of the payment.

Payment :

• We accept Paypal. We can only ship to your paypal confirmed address. If more than one address is set up on your Paypal account, please make sure to provide the correct one. We WILL NOT be responsible if the package was lost or returned due to incorrect address provided.

Warranty:

• We offer 60 day warranty for any item. When exchanging or returning, all products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with a RMA number issued by freemotor802 clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund will be issued. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.

MUST READ : items returned to us DUE TO Wrong item being ordered or unauthorized return will be subjected to 20% restocking fees.

Damaged item:

• All of our products are sold as brand new. We will check the condition before package is shipped out. Damaged products are considered caused during transit. If you received a damaged one , please contact our customer service support team through ebay message as soon as possible. If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong item is shipped, we will provide a return shipping label. Please allow around 24-48 hours for processing on business days.

Exchanges :

• We provide exchange service as well . If a wrong item is sent or buyer order a wrong one by mistake, please contact our customer service support team through ebay message as soon as possible for exchange issues . Please note no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been improperly damaged, used or modified.

Return Note:

All return items MUST be without damages & in brand new condition which means the item is never installed modified or painted & kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
All return items that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.
Please contact customer services for RMA# for any return items, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 25% restocking fee for those without RMA#.
