We only list authentic and quality items. All items are as described or as the pictures show. We guarantee the authenticity of all my items or full money back. Ivior Finds are not affiliated with any of the brands we sell.

Payment

We accept Paypal only. If you have any questions about the payment, please contact us through eBay message.

A 7.0% sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Georgia (tax applies to subtotal + S&H).

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. The charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country custom's office to determine the additional cost will be prior bidding or buying.

 Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). 
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Refund

Within 30 days after initial delivery date, Buyer pays return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee. Make Up/Fragrance are not returnable

Make Up/Fragrance are not returnable. However We will kindly accept returns or a request for refund for the following reasons:
a. If the original buyer receives a defective item, we will issue a full refund.
b. If the original buyer receives a wrong item, we will issue a refund or an exchange for the correct product.

For non-defective items, buyers are responsible to pay return shipping unless the return is a result of our mistake

All returned items must be in the original packaging with all components and accessories included.

I will not honor refund policy if the item has been used or price tag has been removed.
