Kerastase Bain Vital Dermo-Calm from the Specifique line is a soothing shampoo that moisturizes and purifies the scalp to calm irritation and inflammation. It contains Hydra Destress complex to remove impurities from the scalp and hair gently. The contained care substances soothe the sensitive scalp to provide moisture and vitality. Kerastase Bain Vital Dermo-Calm is enriched with AHA fruit acids and vitamin B3, restoring the hair's vitality and lightness while the scalp is rid of itchiness and discomfort. The fragrance is pleasantly relaxing.

Calophyllum Oil: Calms irritations and soothe inflammations
Piroctone Olamine: Prevents itchiness through antifungal and anti-bacterial properties
Glycerol: Moisturizes, relaxes and softens the scalp while protecting it from external aggressions

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your eBay order. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used, opened or tailored to the specific hair needs.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. A photo of the damaged parcel will be requested to record the incident. You will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Orders Correctly Fulfilled:

Orders that were fulfilled correctly not damaged and returned to us by the customer will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
