This time period includes the Crusades, the Hundred Years War between France and England, and other conflicts. Each shield features colorful primary inks printed on high quality paper, 8-1/2 x 11" size, ready to frame or store in your reference folders or binders. I have strived to capture the essence of heraldry of the middle ages, "simple and colorful designs that are recognizable at as great a distance as possible". Each heraldric shield is authentic and includes a caption of the knight or noble it belongs to.
