This is a complete seat and it's ready to mount on your bike. Approx. Dim.: 12.5 x 28 inches. You need to transfer the original mounting hardware on my seat pan. The installation is the same as the stock seat. 

Fitment: Directly fits on your frame without any modification. It bolts on the same way as stock seat pan

Seat Cover: Black Cover with a "tuck & roll" stitching pattern

Seat Pan: Metal and Powder coated throughout in black paint for weather proof. The dimension is similar as stock seat pan
