SHIPPING COSTS:

 All of my Parcel Post and Priority packages are charged the "actual shipping rate" with "no" handling fee for gas, ink or packing materials. I try to recycle packaging material when ever possible as long as it is clean. I pay for Delivery Confirmation on all my US shipped packages. I do have pets and an occasional hair makes its way into a package.
