Shipping
To combine your shipment, press the "request total from seller" button found at the top of your shopping cart
Please let me know you are combining before you pay or I can't guarantee the shipping will get combined, and thus might cost more in shipping.
How long do I have to make payments?
Orders must be paid within 5 days. We cannot hold orders longer then this. If you are waiting for another auction to end you will need to pay for the waiting auction and then I can deduct any discount for combined shipping from the second auction.
Will you accept my Best Offer?
We want our customers to find amazing deals. We do all we can to give you the best price possible, including offering the best offer option.
To increase the chance your offer will be accepted, here's a few tips:
- Order more - the larger the quantity, the easier it is for us to accept your offer
- Add to an existing order - more items in a single order reduces the shipping cost for everyone and can turn into savings on products
We do not accept Best Offer on CLEARANCE and some sale items. Thank you.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns
We want you to love your product, so we will accept returns no questions asked. We just require the buyer to cover return shipping for orders where they changed their mind, or did not read the listing properly.
If the return is due to a seller error, we will gladly cover return shipping.
Cancellations
We understand you may need to cancel an order or retract a bid from time to time. We're always happy to help, but customers with a repeat pattern of abusing this service will be asked to refrain from bidding.
