Fair condition considering age. Has some tears around edges, and mild damage throughout. Please see photos.

This item is actually three sheets, bound together with a small strip of metal at the top. There is frankly too much information contained on these sheets to be able to photograph all of it for ebay, but the photos should give you a general idea of the information included, as well as the overall condition of the item. Worth noting: this item is labeled "Copyright 1921" on what I am assuming is the front page, but there are only 48 state flags included on the page containing the map of New York.

This is a very unique item, and I doubt that there are many that have survived the last 100 years while remaining this complete! Measures approx. 26" x 36".
