2. All merchandise is offered for sale in an, as is, where is, condition without any warranty whatsoever, implied or expressed. I will accurately describe each item for sale, in detail. If you are unclear or unsure of my description, don’t hesitate to ask for clarification. I will be more than happy to provide any additional information that I can, so you are comfortable with the knowledge of exactly what you are bidding on. It will be necessary for you to ask any and all questions in a timely fashion.

3. Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours in most cases, upon receipt of payment. Shipping is FREE within the continental United States.  Outside the continental United States, buyer will pay shipping charges plus a $5.00 handling fee.  I will notify you of your total costs (plus insurance (IF REQUESTED), etc.) after you have been declared the successful bidder. Payment is expected within 5 working days after notification. No item will be shipped prior to receipt of payment in full.

4. Approved payment forms are Pay Pal ONLY.
