Introduction
The DCDC-USB is a high power buck-boost microcontroller DC-DC converter. This unit accepts any input ranging from 6-34V and has a programmable output from 5-24V. Output voltage can be switched via jumper for pre-sets (5V, 6V, 9V, 12V, 13.5V, 18V or 24V) or programmed via USB in fine increments (0.25V) from 5 to 24V.

Applications
Powering a motherboard with a single rail (e.g., 12V or 19V), powering laptops, customs electronics.

Modes of operation
Dumb: Acts as a regular buck-boost DC-DC converter with wide input (6-34V) which then produces a fixed, regulated output (from 5-24V)
Automotive: Acts as an intelligent PSU, ignition (switch) aware, can send On/Off pulse to a motherboard to powering on or off. Standby power consumption is well below 1mA.
UPS: Acts as an intelligent UPS unit; shuts down at prescribed battery voltages.
Script: Programmed to wake or sleep based on pre-programmed scripts.
