non-metro areas a freight surcharge may apply.
If you are
in a REMOTE area you will receive
an invoice for the surcharge and your item will be sent after this is
paid.
Should you
not pay the remote area freight surcharge it
will be taken that you wish to cancel your order and your payment refunded.
