Each print uses archival pigment inks (which are tested and guaranteed not to fade for at least 200+ years) on a premium matte paper. This specialized paper is for professional photographers and fine art prints.  All prints comes UNSIGNED. Please let me know if you would prefer it SIGNED.
The frame is for display purpose only and is NOT included in your purchase.
All prints will be packaged in an acid-free, protective sleeve in a large stay flat cardboard envelope or a postal tube.

  1. When will my order be shipped out and how long will it take to arrive to me?
     Orders are generally shipped from New York 3 - 5 BUSINESS days from the order date via 
     United States Postal Service First Class Mail.

      The average delivery time nationwide is 2 - 5 business day and for international is 7 - 14
      business day. Please be advised that the shipping is total out of my control, this is only
      for estimate, it works most of the time and I DO NOT guarantee the arriving time.
   
    2. Will my print come with frame?

      Frame Not Included. The frame is for display purpose only and is NOT included in your
      purchase.

    3. This is a gift, could you include a note together with the print for me?

      Sure. Just drop me a note and let me know what words you want me to write for you.
      (free of  charge)

    4. How much for you to sign?

       All Prints come unsigned. There is NO extra fee for me to sign. But you need drop me
       a note when you placing your order.
      
        
PAYMENT
  

  We accept all major credit cards through PayPal's secure payment system.  Paypal e-checks
   can take 3-5 business days to process. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

    Attention International Buyer:

  ***All international sales will be responsible for their own custom & duty fees. All customs charge,

  ***To ALL Buyers: In the very rare event that a package is lost in the mail, the seller cannot be
       held responsible. If you have doubts about postal service in your area, please consider
       having your package insured, there is an extra fee for the insurance charge and you have to

REFUND AND EXCHANGE
 
       If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from us, please email us upon receipt
       and return the item in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will be more than happy to
       make it right via refund or replacement. (There is NO refund for shipping charge).

       If, however, your prints arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible to rectify the
