The FlyPuck is a training puck that glides easily over concrete, asphalt and cement enabling players to practice their stickhandling movement off-ice wearing shoes or inline skates. If you want to develop your stickhandling skills like the pros, the FlyPuck is for you. Unlike other street pucks, the FlyPuck actually simulates the glide and feel of a real ice puck! Imagine getting the same practice benefit as you do at the rink...but ONLY if you use the FlyPuck.

The FlyPuck was developed specifically for off-ice training. It is the same size as a regular ice hockey puck and it can be used on virtually all hard surfaces and has the same point of impact as a standard ice puck. That’s why it’s the official off-ice puck of the Anaheim Ducks, Chicago Blackhawks, Minnesota Wild & Turcotte Hockey School!

This FlyPuck is 8 oz. (250g) so heavier than a regular ice hockey puck. This will build forearm and wrist strength and develop power through increased weight training. Due to the heavier weight slides slightly better on rougher surfaces and carpet than the lighter version, but for maximum performance use on a smooth surface.

Why not also try the 4 oz. Flypuck to develop speed and agility!

NOTICE: These pucks are designed for stick-handling, passing and skills training, they will endure a slap shot (stick to puck impact), but will not last as long if continually shot against a brick or cement wall.

Features:

  • For off-ice use and training
  • Puck will strength and power
  • Puck slides and does not roll
  • For stickhandling only and can be shot against nets
  • Great for developing the "toe drag" technique and various other dekes and puck handling skills
