STOCK DETAILS
If something is currently appearing that it is not in stock, please check with us again in a couple weeks as we update our stock once or twice a month.
SHIPPING
We usually try to ship within 24 hours after receiving your order or within 2-3 days at the latest during weekends. Your order will arrive between 6 days to 4 weeks depending on the season. (For example, at Christmas time and/or during winter and difficult weather conditions, orders can sometimes be delayed, but will eventually reach you.)
TRACKING
We usually ship by FEDEX. Your order will arrive faster!
In normal shipping times registered shipping tracking is provided. Since it's registered mail, you will be able follow the course of your package all the way to your place, whether the mailman delivers it to you in person at the door, or leaves a note for you to go pick it up at the post office.
Your tracking number will be in the following format: RE123456789XX
In other countries you can try the tracking system of your local post office.
NOTES
Chlorophyll insoles are also available for free on demand. Please let us know if you require them.
