Notes:
The ACP 302 is the biggest of Thermaphot's three small 2-tank processors. In spite of its compact dimensions of only 48 x 54 x 41 cm, it can process paper sizes of up to 30 x 45 cm, which makes it an ideal machine not only for amateur, but also for semi-professional applications.

PLEASE NOTE (1): Tank two's grey flexible tank draining pipes had broken off where it entered the casing. This has now been repaired using an extension insert. Due to the machine's construction the easiest method of repair was to trim away some of the outer grey plastic casing (approx 75 x 60mm) to access the pipe. This in no way affects safety or use of the machine, and is on the lower edge of one side (and mostly underneath). The extension was secured with a strong jubilee clip and reinforced with hot-glue, the plastic cut out has been stuck back in and the point where the pipe exits the case was also tacked to it to reinforce the repair against further damage, see photo 8 which should show the repair close up.
PLEASE NOTE (2): Pictures 10 and 11 show a small piece of plastic that has chipped off the rear roller assembly where it clips on to the main mechanism - the carriage still clips on the machine okay, but a little care is now needed to keep it straight when removing or inserting the roller carriage for cleaning and reassembly.
The machine has now been fully tested and the internal flow pump given a full service/clean. There was some residue in there from previous dried chemicals. It is recommended after use to flush the system with clean water to keep the system fresh and in good working order.
The heating system has been fully tested and holds a stable temperature. It is fully controllable via the front thermostat (first red knob). Paper runs through the rollers properly and the length of time it takes can be adjusted via the other control knob from approx 32 to 230 seconds.
There is a green button on the front next to the power switch labelled TEMP - it is unknown what this button does? The switch has been electrically tested and appears functional, just not sure of its purpose and as the manual is in German it is difficult to find out. However, all the machine's functions seem to work just fine and temperature is fully controllable from 0 to 50 degrees C.
The two grey tubes are for draining the two tanks, the two clear tubes are safety overflow pipes for each tank and their outlet position is near the top of each tank in case of overfilling.
Fully insured delivery with all main separable parts securely or individually wrapped to prevent transit damage. Delivery may consist of two packages to reduce overall weight (23kg for whole machine).
