DELIVERY: In most cases we  deliver our items with our own van and driver. 

Our drivers are polite, friendly and helpful and will provide a courtesy call on the agreed delivery day to advise they are on route. Making sure your item arrives in good time and in perfect condition is important to us In the occasional circumstance we send by courier you will be sent a tracking number.

**delivery Times given on purchase are estimated, but we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible***

 PLEASE BE AWARE: We deliver  5 days a week between 6 am and 11 pm ( weekend deliveries available at an extra cost of £60). We will give a two hour approximate time slot for the delivery day. Once you agree to accept the delivery and for any reason you are not present at delivery address, we reserve the right to apply re-delivery charge of £30.00.

It is buyer's responsibility to make easy access for a delivery i.e. leave appropriate instructions if the property is gated and has concierge.

***Our delivery is to the GROUND FLOOR ONLY AS WE ARE A ONE MAN DELIVERY SERVICE***, goods are not carried upstairs, unless there is a suitable and accessible lift and items will fit inside

Northern and Sothern Ireland , any part Scilly Isles TR21-TR25, Channel Islands or Isle of Man

Returns & Refunds: 

If there is a fault with the item please contact us immediately and we will rectify the issue.

If you wish to return the item(s) due to unsuitability or you have changed your mind, please contact us via email within 5 days of receipt and a collection will be arranged - you will be charged for the return. Items returned must be in their original packaging and in a perfect and resalable condition. You will then be refunded minus the collection charge within 30 days. Items returned to us not in a perfect and resalable condition will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect form our warehouse. 

Product Damage: You must note any packaging or product damage clearly on the delivery note as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date. Damaged or faulty products will, wherever possible, be replaced. If a replacement isn't available we will issue you a full refund within 30 days. Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery.
