Back-Order: While we do our best to keep our listings up to date, sometimes manufacturers and distributors back-order products due to high industry demand which can lead to unforeseen delays.
In these cases, upon our notification of a back-ordered product we will notify the buyer immediately with possible shipment or refund options.

Return Information
If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
· Returned in original packaging.
· Returned within (14) days. This can be extended for special circumstances.
· Returned to us in salable condition.
· Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise.
You must contact us for a RMA number and write the number on the package.
Please enclose an explanation.
If you return an item for a refund that had free shipping, a normal shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
If the merchandise you receive is defective, contact our customer service department for instructions.
