This is for the NEW USB cable that fits the entire 5500 and 5600 series scanners. This USB, AGAIN NOT SERIAL and gets rid of those pesky USB to serial adapters that OFTEN cause conflicts. This item is brand new and is ONLY for the cable, and is NOT for any other part, so it certainly is not the the scanner. We see so many scanners listed, but incomplete and we have some extra cables, so we are selling them off. We are NOT going to give you support for free, so saying the cable is defective as you cannot figure out how to connect your unit is not going to be our problem unless you are willing to pay technical support. Buy one of our Ebay complete packages for the 5500 or 5600 and we will help you for free to connect it, but do not expect us to do tech support for your unit when you are only buying this part. We are AUTHORIZED Honeywell dealers with 25+ years in the business and cables do not go bad, so again opening an Ebay case because you cannot figure it out will not force is to do your tech support. This can plug into the cradle of the 5500 or 5600 unit and also on the 5600 series (2MB, 4MB or 8MB models) for 5602, 5602, 5608 can plug into the bottom of the unit.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship daily VIA FedEx Ground as well as VIA USPS. Which carrier we use is up to our discretion, but we will be happy to work with you. You MAY incur additional shipping fees if your item MUST be shipped VIA USPS or FedEx, but depends upon item size, weight, and ship to location. If you would like insurance on your item please let us know.
On-site pickups are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you insist on using your shipment method such as FedEx, our shipping & handling fees still apply. All shipping damage and DOA claims must be made to us within 2 business days and you MUST retain our original packaging for us to process a claim-NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unless otherwise stated, the item(s) offered in this auction are used working pulls which might have some minor scuffing, scratches, adhesive from stickers et cetera as most of our equipment is surplus.
We try to describe our items as accurately and honestly as we can, but sometimes we may overlook something. If something that you think should be included with this item is not listed, please do not assume that it is included in the auction. Before you bid, please email us or call us from 10-7 Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time and ask if there is any question(s) you may have-thanks. Please know what you are bidding on, if you order the wrong part, it is not our fault, but we can work with you for getting the right part, or returning it for a restocking fee depending on the circumstances. We are human and really are seeking repeat customers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you have to return the item(s) won in this auction, you pay shipping charges to us and we pay shipping charges back to you. If the product is suspected of being defective, and in fact it was not found to be defective, customer pays shipping/handling fee to return the item to them at the same rate of what the auction had listed. As-is items are as-is and there is no refunds as per the auction. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances unless we made a mistake in which case we will gladly pay shipping both ways and this is at our discretion.
We will replace all guaranteed items with a substitute of equal or greater value at our discretion should a problem arise within the stated warranty period. In the event a substitute cannot be found, we will issue a refund of the purchase price and the shipping that you paid us, but the return shipping charge to ship the item back you must pay for us to process a refund. Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of receipt of item (no exceptions) and receiver must retain original packaging in order for a claim to be processed by the shipping company and failure to do this will result in the claim being denied by the shipping company and nobody wants this to happen. We will not process warranty claims except for shipping damage claims, until product arrives back at our location for testing by our technicians. Any modifications, disassembly, improper use, neglect, or abuse voids warranty even if the item is still within the stated warranty period. Be advised all products leaving our facility are marked and that our products - not someone else's - must be returned to us for claims. Returns if authorized by us and remember, this is Ebay and as-is means as-is, but if we do authorize a return the refund amount is subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price or $10 minimum restocking fee whichever is greater, shipping is not refundable as stated previously.
