All items are dispatched same day before 2pm wherever possible after payment is received (excluding bank holidays)

I always obtain proof of posting for all parcels dispatched, which are automatically insured to the value of £20 by Royal Mail or Hermes Courier. Once items have been dispatched they are in the hands of Royal Mail or Hermes Courier and I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Proof of postage will be forwarded if required to claim from the post office or Hermes Courier for lost or damaged items - Claims to be made from the by the customer.
