Stock Availability:

All orders are subject to stock availability. If your purchased item is unavailable, we’ll contact you via eBay message. If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued by eBay via your original payment method. Promotional items are strictly limited to one per customer.

Delivery:

Please double-check your delivery address and order details before confirming your order. Once an order has been processed and entered into our postal printing system, we are unable to cancel or modify it. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address information.

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are typically dispatched the same day, subject to cleared payment and stock availability. Orders may be dispatched up to the final courier collection time.

We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri (part of DHL), Amazon Prime, and Yodel but also ship with trusted couriers such as DPD, UPS, and FedEx.

After you select your delivery method, estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your location. Please note that, in line with courier guidelines, delivery may occasionally take up to 14 working days.

NOTE: Delivery to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Islands may take additional time. We appreciate your patience.

NOTE: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient refusal, relocation, failure to collect, or missed redelivery, you will be responsible for both the original and return postage costs. This includes a minimum charge of £3.50 for the Free Delivery we initially covered, as well as any additional return costs applied by the courier. These situations fall outside of our control, so we strongly advise ensuring your delivery details are accurate before placing your order to avoid any unnecessary charges.

If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

For any return requests, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and return the item within 7 days.

Please contact us directly before opening a case on eBay. If a case is opened without prior contact, we are required to follow eBay’s resolution process, which may delay the outcome.

You are responsible for the item’s care while in your possession and must return it in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and contents. Be sure to include your eBay ID and reason for return.

Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or poorly packaged will be subject to a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

If a returned item does not comply with our Returns Policy, the case will be escalated to eBay.

We strongly recommend using recorded delivery and retaining Proof of Postage in case it is needed as evidence.
