• We use Australia Post to deliver our products.( Larger orders may be sent by Fast way Courier)
• This item will be sent by regular post, so there is no tracking number. And we are not responsible for the lost or damage of the regular post items.
• If you would like tracking please choose registered post or express post  when you check out. The registered post includes $100 insurance, and express post includes $50 insurance. And we can offer the tracking number for both of them.
• Your order will be shipped within 24 hrs when the payment is cleared (weekends and public holidays excepted).
