You are viewing a Radiator, Trunk, or Horn Button Medallion for a vintage FIAT car.  It is Stamped to a slight dome shape, and has 2 mounting studs on the back. It has been cloisonne fired in a kiln, polished and plated.

It measures 1 9/16 inches across.
