These items are new in box (NIB) unless otherwise specified.  We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS WITHOUT DAMAGE CLAIMS DURING SHIPPING.  IF DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, we do require your cooperation (including statements, pictures, and the return of the item) in filing any shipper's claim for damage due to handling during shipping which may, or may not, require the return of the item to us which you, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping until the claim is resolved with the shipping agent/company including USPS, UPS, etc.  No refunds, nor replacements, will be issued until the claim is resolved with the shipping agents/companies, etc.

Restrictions: You must be 18 or older to order this product. In some areas, state and local laws further restrict or prohibit the sale and possession of some of our products, including air soft, blowguns, knives, etc. In ordering this product, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and satisfy your jurisdiction's legal requirements to purchase this product.

We cannot ship air soft to the following locations:

Other Locations:  Not known by us, but known, or should have been known by the Buyer; therefore, become the Buyer's Liability and Responsibility.

Regarding confiscation by any authority--we will not be responsible for any confiscation into any jurisdiction or local, by any agency or officer, and all fines/fees/penalties is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  We WILL NOT offer a refund or replacement if such item is confiscated, nor will we be forced into accepting a return due to those reasons once the sale has concluded. 

Warning: This product, if air soft, knives, or blowgun, may be mistaken for a firearm (or weapon) by law enforcement officers or others, and altering its color or brandishing, or even possession, of the product in public may be considered a crime.

All Air soft guns are sold with a orange tip according to Federal and/or State Regulations so that they are not mistaken for firearms by local law enforcement. It is unlawful to alter the coloration or markings to make the product look more realistic. If and air soft product, then it is considered an Air soft toy gun; it complies with all federal laws and regulations.

If Welding or Lawn care Equipment:  I hereby understand that welding and maintenance of outdoor power equipment should only be performed by a professional with proper and adequate training and experience, and as a welder, I am expected to inspect and maintain the integrity all my connections, hoses, and tools/equipment, as well as, being able to determine the best tool or accessory I need for any particular job I am doing, and I agree to hold this Vendor/Company harmless for my faulty, misguided, or misdirected use or setup of any item that may be used in welding, lawn care, etc.

BY MAKING A PURCHASE ON THIS SITE YOU AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS:

I am at least 18 years of age and do not know of any local or state laws that would prohibit me from purchasing or owning Air soft, Blowgun, or knife products, or any other product I am purchasing from this vendor. 

I hereby state that all questions have been answered truthfully and I hold the Vendor and all of its agents harmless of any and all legal action arising from my purchase of any item, for whatever reason, from the aforementioned company. If I am purchasing welding supplies, tools, or accessories, I hereby state that I am fully responsible and expected to be knowledgeable about such item and its proper usage and implementation of the item I am purchasing.

Furthermore, I understand that federal law states that the use of any look-alike, toy gun in a crime carries the full ramifications of a real firearm; I also understand that a knife or a blowgun, or any accessory thereof, even as a collectible, can be deemed as a weapon in my jurisdiction, and I, the buyer, am solely responsible for the purchasing, shipping, transport, usage, carry, and storage of any item.

With this purchase I agree- this item will not, be and should not be converted to a lethal projectile or apparatus. 

I have read and understand all warnings, liabilities, and warranties, if any, related to the products offered and hold harmless the Vendor and all of its agents of any and all legal action, and I, the buyer, will be held solely responsible for the purchase, transport, usage, and ownership of said item once item has been paid and left the seller's premises.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

Refunds are only issued after returns.  We require returns for damaged goods during shipping and require your assistance, if needed, to file any documentary evidence with the shipper within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.  Replacements or refunds will only be issued after that being had.  Request for refunds of the product for any other reason, beyond damaged goods during shipment, must be within 14 days from date of order and will require the return of the product, in its unopened packaging, and undamaged state, with a 20% restocking fee and you, the buyer, will pay return shipping.  We do not provide warranties on any electrical item or goods involving electronic components.  All items are tested before being shipped, wherever, and whenever, possible to verify functional ability. 

Warranties:  Our products may carry manufacturer's offsite warranty, and will be stipulated as such.  Our other products carry no warranty. We are not responsible for misuse, abuse, or other actions of the shippers or buyers that damage products.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer free shipping on most of our products, unless, otherwise stated.  We are a U.S. Supplier.  We usually ship within the same business day if paid before 11:00 am CST (excluding weekends and holidays).  Expected ship time may vary and is based on our order cut-off time.

WE SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS THROUGH USPS: ***Note for International Buyers. 

Most items are shipped using regular airmail, which offers no tracking. (Can only view the date of dispatch).  If you would like a tracking number please e-mail us.  All import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of shipping and are the buyers' responsibility.  Please check with your customs office to find out what these charges may be before bidding or buying. Please be sure the item you purchase will clear customs. We will not be responsible for items that will not get past your customs. If the item is returned to us in an unopened, undamaged package, the buyer will receive a full refund minus a Postage charge and a 20% restocking fee. If you do not receive the item and it is not returned to us in the stated manner, you will not receive a refund.
