A Custom Modern U/R Izzet Blast Of Genius Possibility Storm Deck:

This is a custom modern deck that wins through a combination of Blast Of Genius And Possibility Storm!
This deck is built around abusing Possibility Storm. The way the storm works is that while it is in play any time a player casts a spell that spell is exiled. Then the casting player reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card that shares a card type with the exiled card. They then cast the revealed card without paying it's mana cost. The rest of the cards get shuffled back into the player's library.
You can imagine the chaos this creates in a game. Especially for your opponent who is unaware you are playing a deck like this until you cast Possibility Storm. This can destroy many gameplans of your opponents without you playing anything else.
But then, your deck is built knowing this is going to happen so has a decidely unfair advantage over your opponent. The deck is built around the idea that whatever you cast will get you basically the same kind of spell so you can kind of count on the effect you want happening when you want it.
Additionally, there is something else about the storm. The first spell you play is a cast. Then the revealed card is also cast. This happens to be a double trigger event for things like Young Pyromancer and Guttersnipe. So whether or not the card you reveal helps you at all does not even matter as your pyromancer will create 2 creatures and you will get 2 damage triggers from your Guttersnipe no matter what you cast!
But wait, there's more!
On top of all that, the deck is also running some crazy burn that can win the game outright. There are 26 sources of damage in the deck. All of which you can aim directly at your opponent. Most of them are instants that do targetable damage. So it does not matter if you exile one with the storm because you will get another instant this is also burn which you can use to finish killing what you aimed the first spell at.
But on top of that there are 3 copies of Blast Of Genius in the deck. This is the only sorcery in the deck, so you can count on it working for you every time even with Possibility Storm in play! And depending on what is in your hand this can deal a solid chunk of damage if you discard something like Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius!
