1. Pay: for item within 48 hours. Goods are not held after 7 days.
2. Invoicing: Please provide your Business Name for the Tax Invoice.(within Australia only)
3. Bulk purchase via eBay - enquiries are welcome;
4. Postage Cost: See “SHIPPING/DELIVERY” below. (Postage discount for multiple items).
5. International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, fees & shipping charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer’s responsibility. (Check with your customs prior to bidding/buying).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Bank Deposit: (Preferred). Select "Bank Deposit" in the checkout. Then the payment is made at your bank (Internet EFT or Cash at bank branch). Use your User-ID/Name (not the item number) as your deposit reference.
2. PayPal: Not preferred because of an exorbitant fee which is 2.6% of total transaction value. Note: When PayPal payments are funded from your credit card or PayPal balance, they are made instantly. PayPal eCheques take much longer (5-8 work days) to clear.
3. Money Order: (Australia Post). Please include your User ID/Name & Item numbers.
4. Personal Cheque: Please include your User ID/Name & Item numbers. Allow three business days for clearing. Must be $AU.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• When you bid on this item, you are regarded as having read and accepted all our terms and conditions, and the contract between you as buyer and us as seller becomes effective.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars including GST.

14 DAY MONEY BACK POLICY:
(If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us before you return it and we will do our best to help you).

1. If you change your mind before we ship the products, we will refund your payment minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
2. After you receive it, if the item is not what you want, before you open the manufacturer’s package, pay the postage to mail it back. When received, we will give you full refund of the sale price, less our original postage or shipping and handling fees and costs. If it shows signs of user abuse or damage, we will request payment from you for the additional postage cost to return it back to you.
3. Our money back policy is only effective within 14 days after the eBay sale date.
4. The original manufacturer's packaging must be included with returned items. If item or its packaging show signs of damage, it will be rejected and returned to the purchaser at purchaser's cost.
5. The original Tax Invoice must be returned with returned items. Photocopies are not acceptable.
6. Opened Packaging: Once the item's manufacturer packaging has been opened, our “14 day Money Back Policy” no longer applies. We will not accept returns of items with opened packages, unless the products have: a) manufacturing defects (see “Warranty”) or b) do not match the description or are not fit for their purpose as stated by us.

WARRANTY:

Warranty only applies to faults caused by manufacturing defects. A fault caused by user abuse such as dust or water entry, is not a manufacturing defect. If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, return it with the freight/delivery cost paid by you. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If it has a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it and return to you (freight free within Australia; you pay freight outside Australia). If it is not faulty (at the discretion of the supplier/manufacturer), or has been damaged by anyone, we may request additional payment for the cost to return it to you in same condition.

• Regular Postage: Cost is shown at “Postage & Payments” tab in this listing (Qty. 2 or more: free postage within Australia). Does not include tracking. Parcel is left at your address if unattended.
• Signature on Delivery (optional): (recommended) Includes tracking. Parcel is then NOT left at your address when unattended.
• Registered Post (optional): Includes tracking.
• Signature on Delivery (optional): Includes tracking. Parcel is NOT left at your address when unattended.
• Tracking: Tracking is NOT included unless you choose "Prepaid...Satchel", "Express," “Registered,”or "+ Signature"
• Lost Parcels: Tracking is optional (within Australia) only if you choose "Prepaid...Satchel," “Registered,” “Express,” “Tracking” or “Signature”
• Shipping time: Usually 5-14 days (within Australia). Ordinary postage takes up to“6 business days” which (if posted on Friday), can be 10 days (including 2 weekends). (NT, WA & TAS destinations, up to 14 days).

• Economy Sea: Does not include tracking. (8-10 weeks)
• AusPost Air Mail Parcel (or “Economy Air”): Does NOT include tracking. (1-3 weeks) (Likely 14 days to NZ, UK & USA).
• AusPost Express Post International Parcel (or “Standard Post”): Includes tracking.(1-2 weeks) (Likely 10 days to UK & USA).
• AusPost Express Courier International (or “Express”): Includes tracking.(1-1½ weeks) (Likely 7 days to UK & USA).
• Postage Cost of Multiple/Combined items: 2 or more items - free postage, within Australia.
• Despatch: Usually one day after payment. We pack items very carefully.
• Buyers' risk: The seller bears no liability for late delivery, missing or damaged parcels or any loss during transit. Handling & Shipping cost is not refundable.
