This is a complete seat with foam, cover, and metal seat pan. Ready to install on your bike
Fitment: Directly fits on the bike with out any modification. Fits with all original mounting hardware
Seat Cover: Black cover with Black "tuck & roll" stitching pattern (also available in dark brown and other colors)
Seat Pan: Metal and powder coated for weather proof. The dimension is similar as the original seat pan.
