Usage Instructions:

AromaStix Inhaler: Place under nostril and inhale in 4, 4, 4 pattern (Inhale for a 4 count, hold for 4, exhale for 4). Repeat as often as desired. Using this blend for 15 minutes a day will help your body improve performance for long-term benefit.
