The skirt is new in excellent condition with tags attached (it is from winter 2009 collection done by Elbaz and is now a collectors item given that he has left the house of Lanvin).

Sizing: Marked French large (with an elastic stretchy waist band and I think because of this it can easily fit US sizes 4-6-8!) Approximate FLAT measurements are:

Waist is 12", unstretched and can easily stretch to 15.5" flat.  Hips 15.5", Length is 20.5".  Please know your Alaia sizing as I am not responsible for poor fit and all sales are final!
