SHIPMENT

• Handling time:
  For most of our item, the handling time is 1 business day.
  
• Tax and Duty:
  For international buyer, all taxes and duties shall be borne by Buyer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

• TIME LIMITS: 30 Days
  We offer a 30 days return policy if the item is never installed and kept in it's original packaging.
  Otherwise a 15% restocking fees will be charged.
  If there is any damage to the package which caused the  item inside to be damaged. Please notify us  within 3 days, because of the shipping companies'  claim policy. 
• REFUND TYPE: Money back
  we offer a "Money back" refund policy if the  item is never installed with it's original  packaging.
  But before that, buyer MUST to contact us thru E-mail or eBay message to  provide us a photo to show the item's condition,  return without our approval will not be accepted.
• REFUND SHIPPING CHARGE: Buyer
  Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping postage.
  
• RESTOCKING FEE: free or 15%
  Original Packaging: free!
  Otherwise: 15%
• ITEM RETURN CONDITION: Original Materials in original package.
• INTERNATIONAL SALES
  Shipping cost applies to Inland only. There  will be additional charges to ship anywhere  oversea. please contact us thru E-mail or eBay  message to get a quote.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

• Only items have warranty statement posted on the product detail pages can be eligible for warranty claims.
• we will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given. 
• Buyer is responsible for covering shipping postage to and from us.
• Repair kits have no warranty, GREAT CARE has been taken when selecting best quality parts and  packing the kits, claim of missing parts in the  kits will NOT be accepted.
• Professional installation is highly  recommended. Any damage resulted from incorrect  installation, improper use or lack of maintenance or  accident will not be covered by the warranty.
• The warranty will be void as  Turbocharger or component are used in extreme  condition like competition sports or record breaking  attempts.
• Turbocharger or component will  have no warranty when it is damaged by ingestion of  foreign matter.
