1224 New Do-It Molds Pony Head Jig Mold

When on the tournament trail in search of Crappies, Walleye, or Bass, hitch up a Horse or Pony Head Jig to your rig as an efficient spinner and jig combination. The lure's head, with its long and drooping nose, resembles a horse's head, hence the name. And it doesn't hurt that the shape looks like a larva to the fish. The slim shape of the jig's head design minimizes the chance of snags in rocks and brush, yet maximizes the flow of water around the lure to turn the spinner blade. Fish strike at the flashing blade which strategically trails near the hook of this great lure.

This mold uses the following accessories:
They will each use a size 12 Crane Swivel.
They will also each use an Eagle Claw style 570 or 575 Jig Hook.
1/32= no.6, 1/16=no.4, 1/8=no.1 or 1/0, 1/4= 1or 2/0, 3/8= 2 or 3/0

Betty and Jim Zeiner, Sr. started the original Zeiner's store July 1, 1953 in a garage next to the family home a couple miles south of Wichita. To get to the store, customers had to leave the highway and travel a quarter-mile on an often pot-hole filled dirt road. The family no longer operates the original store.
Deb and Jim purchased the original Zeiner's store after the death of Jim's father and have been operating Zeiner's Bass Shop since 1986. The Bass Shop has been located at Gilbert and Washington since 1989, the same year it became a Bass Pro Shop dealer.
Deb Zeiner was introduced to fishing by her dad and spent her younger years fishing with him. In additon to being involved in the tackle business, Deb is an outdoor writer and spent over a decade fishing competitively.
Jim Zeiner, Jr. grew up in the business and spent many of the early years on the other end of a seine with his dad and making Magic CheeZe, a bait developed
 by Jim Sr.
