ZZPerformance Full Aluminum Overized Radiator.

Hands down the very best radiator made for these cars.

Bolts up like stock and has a built in transmission cooler. Includes fittings.

The stock regular 3800 engine has a stock radiator that is only 5/8" thick which is pathetic. Even the supercharged car has a 7/8" thick radiator. This monster is 1.4" thick core and is 100% ALUMINUM including the end tanks. You get better cooling for your engine and for the transmission!

Stock fans and stock Coolant level sensor bolt right up. Along with your stock transmission lines will snap right in. As usual, we at ZZPerformance design the very best products for your 3800 vehicle. We know everyone wants a high quality performance part that performance better than the OEM original part and installs as easy also. This specific radiator is a direct bolt on for all 1997 to 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8L 3800 Series II engines and Buick Regals. Works for both Supercharged and naturally aspirated engines. We have not test fitted this in a 3.1L Grand Prix.

The ZZP aluminum radiator is a factory replacement radiator made entirely of aluminum. It installs like a stock radiator with OEM style fan mounts and transmission cooler fittings.

This is the largest over sized radiator ever offered for the 3800.
the ZZP 97-03 Grand Prix radiator is 1.4" thick, and the 04+ Grand Prix core is 1.25", it's much larger than the factory 5/8" in the NA 3800, the 7/8" radiator in the L67 car, and even larger than our previous 1.25" thick ZZP over-sized radiator.
