System 1.(pic.9)
Applies to all existing stairs constructions wooden or concrete without overhanging nose or after removing it.
Our standart sizes:
Tread: 85cm x 26cm x 2cm
Riser: 85cm x 18cm x 1.5cm

Prices for 1 step:
Oak - £60
Ash - £57

Fronts of the treads can be angular, rounded or any other needed.

System 2.(pic.10)
Applies to all existing stair constructions with overhanging nose to cover it without removing (cutting) the noses.
After fitting front of the tread will be larger then before, it depends of thickness of your existing tread(B), thickness of a new tread(A) and lenght that covers riser(C).
Recommended thickness of new tread 2cm.
Thickness of riser(X) is dictated by protruding of overhanging nose.
Our standart sizes:
Tread: 85cm x 26cm x 2cm, hight of  the front: 5cm
Riser: 85cm x 18cm x 1.5cm - 2cm

Applies also to all existing stair constructions with overhanging nose to cover it without removing(cutting) the noses.
The diffrence is that after fitting, front of the tread will have 2cm, can be angular or rounded.
Thickness of the tread(A) is 2cm , thickness of riser is dictated by protruding of overhanging nose(X) plus suggested 1cm to cover old tread(B)

Tread: 85cm x 26cm x 2cm
Riser: 85cm x 18cm x 2cm - 4cm

System 4.(pic.12)
Applies also to all existing stair constructions with overhanging nose to cover it without cutting, but the new tread completely covers your old tread also from the bottom and is designed for all those who doesn't need new risers. Some of our customers asked for that type of treads as they paint old risers or covering it with diffrent materials or they required only new treads as risers are in good condition.
Front of your new tread(D) will be larger then your old one and is dictated by thickness of your old tread(B), thickness of your new tread(A) and suggested 1cm  to cover your old tread from the bottom(C).
Our standart size:
Tread: 85cm x 25cm x 1.5 - 2cm ( front: 5cm)
No Riser.

ALL OUR TREADS AND RISERS ARE ASSEMBLED WITH STAVES, WHICH ARE THREE TO SIX PIECES OF WOOD CUT ALONG AND GLUED TOGETHER. THIS TYPE OF TREADS ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO PREVENT WARP, CRACKS AND CUPPING.


FIRST CLASS EUROPEAN HARDWOOD MEANS SPECIALLY SELECTED, SEASONED WOOD WITH PERFECT MOISTURE LEVEL BETWEEN 7% AND 9%, NO DEAD KNOTS, FILLERS OR ANY OTHER BAD POINTS ON VISIBLE SURFACES.
