Petromax is probably the most famous strong light lamp in the world. The name Petromax goes back to the Max Graetz Commercial Councilor, which the lamp as early as the early 20th Century developed in Germany. His friends called him "Petroleum Maxe", from which the abbreviation Petromax emerged. On November 5, 1910, the name was protected by law.
