We strive to get your item packed and sent ASAP. In most cases we will have your item on it's way within 1 business day, however if your order is placed late in the afternoon, your item may not be packaged until the next day.

We offer Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express & Toll Overnight. Toll orders must include a phone number, and Toll cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking will be provided on majority of orders, however for small value items it is not feasible on the cost to add tracking to items. Please be aware that for items under $30, you may need to select registered post and pay an extra free to receive a tracking number.

If there are any delays / problems with providing your order we will contact you.

Payment must be cleared and completed before any item is packaged and sent. Please pay for your item as soon as possible with a maximum of up to 72 hours of order placement.

We accept returns however we do not accept responsibility for the postage costs in certain circumstances such as change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. Please contact us through eBay with your requests & concerns for a resolution before proceeding with eBay's returns system.
