Our range of No.32 mincer plates are made to suit No.32 meat mincers. The mincer plate has an approx diameter of 83mm and generally come with 4-notches round the outside of the mincer plate.

The No.32 Salvador mincer plates are manufactured in Italy, they are made out of stainless steel and is long life. The long life mincer plate is single sided with a hub on the other side. These long life mincer plates can be re-ground several times after wear and tear to pro-long their life.
