This is a fuel pump insert made to convert the 10-13 CRF250R and 09-12 CRF450R frame to host a CR500 engine. This fuel tank insert was designed to replace the in-tank fuel pump and mounts using existing hardware. This fuel tank insert is made from 6061 aluminum.

The fuel tank insert replaces the stock fuel pump assembly. You will need the two OEM o-rings (not included). You can purchase those o-rings here. You will also need the OEM fuel pump plate, fasteners, spring washers, and standoffs to attach and secure the insert to the tank. The plate, fasteners, spring washers, and standoffs are not included, however, you should already have them from your existing tank. You can find the conversion manual here.

The insert comes with a 1/4 female NPT hole which will require the purchase of a 1/4 male to 1/4 barbed fitting (either straight or 90 degree). When assembling the fitting to the insert, use a proper thread sealer rated for petroleum gasoline.
