1. is this a drop-in replacement wheel?

Yes, it fit the stock turbo directly, no other modifications are needed.

2. do I need to re-balance the turbo after replacing my old wheel?

Yes, we highly recommend you to re-balance the turbo, because once the wheel is changed, the previous balance of the rotor assembly is gone.

3. what can I benefit from billet compressor wheel?

The biggest advantage of billet compressor wheel(vs cast compressor wheel) is it is machined on a 5-Axis mill, the wheel can be designed much more aggressive to get better aerodynamic. The nose and hub can be designed significantly smaller to allow for a greater blade diameter, the blades can be machined much more complicated to increase blade surface area, which can flow more air into the engine.

4. is this wheel suitable for BA/BF Falcon XR6& FPV F6/F6E/Typhoon Tornado?

No, BA/BF Falcon XR6 use GT3582R turbocharger, this wheel will not fit on it. Please click to check our BA/BF billet wheel.
