He is approximately 12.5" tall. He looks to be made of wool.

Wearing a red jacket with hood and a little scarf and a copper heart.  He is very folk art like to me and has jointed arms but the legs are just sewn on on to the slightly longer body

I picked him up at a sale so I have no history. Appears to be handmade but I am not guaranteeing anything other than he's not brand-new and possibly vintage. He's in very good shape and if you like teddy bears he is sweet.

He has a tag pinned to the back of him that says Susan Terry
