This is a very nice PPG Automotive Products hat. This hat is made from cotton duck, which is like canvas. Feels very sturdy and well made. The hat does not appear to have ever been worn. There are a few spots along the top as can be seen in the one top view picture. They are not very noticeable and may come out of the hat were dry cleaned.
