This is a beautiful vintage brown evening bag. It is a very elegant brown! The fabric is smooth and silky and more of a matte finish.

I think this is a 1960s bag - it is by La Regale

I will note that the original chain was missing when I picked this up so I found a similar vintage costume necklace that I took the clasp off of and used jewelry rings to affix to the bag . I think it looks pretty good! And this is the type of bag where you can tuck  the chain into it and use it as a clutch.
