This great value Plyometric boxes of various heights; 7.60cm, 15cm, 30cm, 45cm, 60cm. Ideal for crossfit, these versatile tables can be used by athletes of any ability for forward, lateral and other plyometric jumping drills.
Made from an ultra dense foam, the Boxes are firm enough to stand on without losing stability, however soft enough to provide peace of mind against shin/foot injuries for inaccurate jumps. Use them in combination with each other for high jumps, step-downs and progressive height jumping for a truly explosive workout. A great strength and conditioning tool, they can be stacked using the secure Velcro attachment for a customized workout. Can be used indoors or outdoors, ideal for your own gym or home use.
