Shipping Australian / International , Combining Postage

We use normally following carriers for our shipping, Australia Post, Fastway and Sendle. We will add the tracking information once our item is posted.

Please send us with your payment any special delivery instructions.

We are more than happy to combine postage. There are no additional handing costs . You will need to send a combine postage request to us. Depending on the size of other items there will be additional shipping cost. Please feel free to ask for a quote. In case of combined shipment we will send you an invoice before you pay.

For International Buyers:

We try to send the items with tracking. There is only no tracking if the item was send as letter of Economy Air Mail

Australia Posts and Ebay regarding Postage does not match with the description. We will send it a the best option to you

International shipping charges do not include any Duties and Customs fees. Any Customs Duties or Taxes are your responsibility and Absolut Toys cannot be held liable for these charges (if they apply).

Every country has different regulations in regards to customs and duties that may or may not be applicable on your purchase. Please check with your respective Customs office for any taxes or duties that may be payable when your item is received in your country. Item are listed with GST included. GST is not applicable to international orders. Ebay doesn't have the functionality to remove tax on international sales, so we convert the GST component to a discount on the international shipping.

Payment Policy and Options

-  Mastercard and Visa for payments over the phone

Payment should be made within 7 days of auction close. Please use for Bank Deposits your eBay username or Item Number as payment reference.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened items within 30 days, provided we receive the items in new condition as you received it. In this all return postage costs are to be incurred by the buyer.
Opened and used item will not be allowed as return due to change of mind or dislike of item.  

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and parcel.

If an item is faulty, or has been incorrectly sent, we will replace or exchange it. Fault claims need to be made within 14 days of item receipt.  
If we can not replace the item you will get a full refund.
Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer and general consumer laws.

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
