Tweezers Required: For widths like 1mm and 1.5mm, using precision anti-static tweezers is highly recommended to prevent the tape from twisting or sticking to your fingers.
Prep (IPA): A quick wipe with 50% Isopropyl Alcohol ensures the micro-bezel surface is completely free of dust and finger oils.
Temperature: Applies best at room temperature. Once bonded and the screen is clamped, it holds strong.

Application Steps

1. CLEAN: Decontaminate the narrow bezels with IPA. Dry thoroughly.

2. APPLY: Unroll and position the narrow tape carefully using tweezers. The tissue carrier allows you to cleanly snap/tear it at the corners.

3. PRESSURE: Use a spudger or firm pressure to ensure intimate contact with the frame.

4. ASSEMBLE: Gently lift the white paper liner, then position the new screen or digitizer and clamp if necessary.
